Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 02/02/26
This Privacy Policy describes how Open G ("Open G", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and processes information in connection with Open Web Audit (the "Platform"). This Policy applies to users of the Platform and to the analysis of publicly accessible digital properties performed by the Platform.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy governs use of the Open Web Audit platform, audits and analysis of publicly accessible websites and digital properties, and metadata, signals, and outputs generated by the Platform. This Policy does not govern the public Open G website (covered by a separate Website Privacy Policy) or managed monetization or campaign execution services (covered by separate agreements).
2. Types of Information Processed
2.1 User and Account Information
When users access the Platform, we may process name, email address, organizational affiliation, account credentials and access logs, and platform usage data (features used, timestamps, actions taken).
2.2 Analysis of Publicly Accessible Digital Properties
Open Web Audit analyzes publicly accessible information related to websites and digital properties, which may include technical and performance signals, infrastructure and configuration indicators, publicly visible advertising and monetization signals, traffic-related patterns inferred from public or observable data, and publicly available policy, compliance, and trust indicators. Open G does not require ownership or authorization from the analyzed property to process publicly accessible information.
2.3 Generated Metadata and Outputs
The Platform generates audit reports, scores and readiness indicators, risk classifications, tiering and eligibility outputs (e.g., Tier A / B / C / Excluded), and aggregated insights and recommendations. These outputs are analytical and informational in nature.
3. Purpose of Processing
Open G processes information through Open Web Audit to provide audit, diagnostic, and decision-support services; generate structured insights regarding monetization readiness and risk; enable qualification of digital supply for buying and selling decisions; improve platform models, benchmarks, and performance; maintain platform security and integrity; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. No Sale of Personal Data
Open G does not sell personal data processed through Open Web Audit. The Platform is designed to operate on publicly accessible information, aggregated and contextual metadata, and non-consumer, business-oriented signals.
5. Data Retention
Open G retains information processed through the Platform for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain audit history and system integrity, and comply with legal and contractual obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on data type and purpose.
6. Security Measures
Open G implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data processed through the Platform. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights related to personal information, including access, correction, deletion, and restriction or objection to processing. Requests can be submitted using the contact details below.
