Terms of Service
Effective Date: 02/02/26
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Open Web Audit, a platform operated by Open G ("Open G", "we", "us", or "our") (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of the Platform
Open Web Audit is a diagnostic, analytical, and decision-support platform designed to analyze publicly accessible digital properties and generate structured insights related to monetization readiness, traffic quality and risk, infrastructure and technical signals, and eligibility for buying and selling decisions. The Platform provides analysis and recommendations, not execution by default.
2. Eligibility and Account Access
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
3. Analysis of Publicly Accessible Digital Properties
3.1 Public Data Analysis
Open Web Audit may analyze websites and digital properties using publicly accessible information, including but not limited to technical, infrastructure, monetization, and observable traffic signals. Such analysis may occur regardless of whether the property owner is a customer or has a direct commercial relationship with Open G.
3.2 No Ownership or Authorization Required
Because Open Web Audit operates on publicly accessible information, Open G does not require ownership, authorization, or prior notice to analyze a digital property.
4. Platform Outputs and Decision Support
The Platform generates audit reports, scores and readiness indicators, classifications and tiers, eligibility signals for buyer-side and seller-side decisions, and recommendations and activation guidance. All outputs are informational and analytical in nature.
5. No Execution by Default
Unless explicitly agreed in writing: Open G does not execute media buying, Open G does not operate as a DSP or SSP, Open G does not resell inventory, Open G does not arbitrage traffic, and Open G does not guarantee revenue or performance outcomes. Execution services (including monetization management or campaign execution) are governed by separate agreements.
6. User Responsibility
Users acknowledge and agree that final commercial, technical, and media decisions remain their responsibility; Platform outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice; and use of Platform outputs is at the user's own discretion and risk.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Platform outputs to violate applicable laws or third-party policies, attempt to reverse engineer the Platform or its models, use the Platform for unlawful scraping or abusive behavior, or misrepresent Open Web Audit outputs as guarantees or endorsements.
8. Fees and Billing
Access to Open Web Audit may be subject to subscription fees or usage-based limits as described at the time of purchase. Fees related to execution or monetization services are separate and governed by separate agreements.
9. Suspension and Termination
Open G may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated, usage poses security, legal, or operational risk, or required fees are not paid. Upon termination, access to the Platform may be revoked, subject to applicable agreements.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Open G disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
